An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login or real-money wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jjl7 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱500 per month to inactive account balances after this period, following written notification to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.
